Welcome to Olympica Villas. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, please read and adhere to the following terms:

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: From 15:00
Check-out time: Until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Guests & Visitors

Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is permitted to stay overnight.
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before each arrival.
For stays longer than 5 nights, complimentary cleaning and linen/towel change is provided mid-stay.
Please treat the property with care. Damages or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or no-shows will be charged 100%.
Early departure does not entitle a refund.
Non-refundable bookings with a 10% discount are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. If the original payment was made via credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the same bank account. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, but it typically takes 5–10 business days.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before check-in.
Payments can be made via secure website checkout, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be returned using the same payment method that was originally used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damages & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 may be required upon check-in.
The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occurred.

Liability

Olympica Villas is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of any minors accompanying them.
